TERMS OF SERVICE
Please follow the TOS so the two parties (Artist and Client) can proceed to have a proper and professional working environment. Fail or Violating the TOS listed below will result in termination of commission and blacklist.
PRIOR TO COMMISSIONING
• The client must prepare all commission details requested of them by the artist. This includes references, expected deadlines (if there aren’t any, tell me that too!) and any other information necessary for the success of the commission.
• The currencies currently accepted are: USD
• I only use Paypal for international payment.
• For Local commissions, I use PicPay and PIX
• The client must make payment of 50% or 100% before any sketch, to know which way can be accepted check the post you saw before
• Any monetary compensation made without the written consent of the artist is treated as a donation.
• The artist has the right to decline a client for any reason without needing to provide why they are declining.
• Harassing, Threatening or Insulting in the artist will result in declining a commission.
• Poor communication from the client is grounds for declining a commission.
UPON PAYMENT & DURING COMMISSION
• No Refunds upon sending payment.
• The artist will provide WIPs starting after payment, this can take a week max but may vary depending on current personal circumstances.
• The client is free to ask for updates throughout any stage of the commission.
• Updates should be expected on a weekly or less basis should there be proper communication between client and artist.
• The client is only permitted to ask for one WIP per day.
• The client cannot force a charge back once the commission has been agreed upon.
• If personal circumstances such as illness, loss of required technology, and other debilitating situations occur, the artist will inform all clients ASAP of said circumstance. (A refund will be issued if I fail to solve the said circumstances in a week)
• The client must not and cannot change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon.
• Extra fees are only agreed upon prior to the beginning of the commission.
• An expected deadline or rush order has an additional charge quoted by the artist.
• Should the client cut contact to the artist the commission process is considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.
UPON FINISHING THE COMMISSION
• All commissions completed fall under personal usage unless specified otherwise.
• The client must not omit my signature from the finished piece.
• Should a client wish for edits to be done on a piece commissioned from the artist, they must consult the original artist and not other artists.
• Redistributing the commission with proper credit via direct messaging apps is allowed.
• The artist has full rights to the piece, and thus is free to share it on various platforms.
• Even though you have bought the art and it is a character of yours, I am still the author of the drawing.
• The client is allowed to request for the commission to be completely private.
• Clients must not resell the piece under any circumstances.
• The artist is free to use non-private commission pieces to be published in art books created by the artist.
• It is not allowed to fully or partially transform a project into stock image or /N.F.T., making the art commercially available to third parties must be negotiated in advance.
REVISIONS AND FIXING
•. If the client wants to do a "Fixing" or any "Revision" after the commission is finished, client will be charged extra for said revision.
• "Fixing" or any "Revision" done during sketching stage is free of charge.
• The client can request up to 3 changes within the commission, after that a 10% fee of the total value will be charged
• Color changes such as hair, clothing, and backgrounds will not be charged
• Once the changes in the sketch phase have been approved, any "Fixing" or "Revision" regarding the design (such as changing clothes or adding jewelry) will be charged to the customer an extra fee of 10% of the total amount.
• I don't do: "Try this and see if I like it", please give me a clear image of the design you want.
